Where can i ship my order?

 

Orders can be shipped within Zimbabwe only to both physical and postal addresses. Will.co.zw doesn't ship internationally, but ordering options will be available soon in several other countries.

 

How can i get free shipping?

 

Join WILLPOWER and sign in to receive free standard shipping on every order, every time. Free standard shipping is automatically applied during checkout. You can join WILLPOWER for free.

If you place your order as a guest, you'll automatically receive free standard shipping on all qualifying orders of $49 or more.

 

When exactly will I recieve my order?

 

When you enter your shipping address during checkout, each available shipping method will automatically update with estimated delivery dates. Once you select the shipping method and complete your order, the estimated delivery date will be listed in your order confirmation email/SMS.

 

Can I check order status or track shipping?

 

It is not yet possible to check order status once it's placed (coming very soon). Tracking service is also not yet available.

 

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

 

The shipping address cannot be changed after an order is placed. 

 

Can I cancel my order once submitted? 

 

Once your online order has been submitted, our order fulfilment process begins and no changes can be made to your order. To cancel an order, you will need to process a return and request a refund.

 

Do you offer saturday deliveries? 

 

We do offer Saturday deliveries. We do not offer Sunday deliveries.

 

Do you ship to local stores for pick-up?

We do not ship to any stores at the moment. We are continually exploring ways to enhance our customers’ experience.

 

I have not recieved my order confirmation, how do I track it?

 

WILL sends you a shipment confirmation email with your order reference number.

 

How can I pay for the goods?

 

We accept the following methods of payment:

What if I recieve a deffective or damaged item?

How do I return or exchange an item?

 

Will.co.zw is committed to excellence and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with our offering, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the delivery date. In order to initiate your return please click MY ACCOUNT for registered users, otherwise click HERE (You’ll need your Order Reference Number, which you’ll find on your order & shipping confirmation emails. You can also simply call our customer service team at +263 4 620532

 

You may return any WILL products in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the merchandise value. Please see our Return Policy for additional information regarding returns and exchanges. 


Please note that we do not perform exchanges at this time. For assistance in placing a new order for a different size or colour please contact our customer service at +263 4 620532 for assistance.

 

 

What is Will's returns policy?

 

If you would like to return your will.co.zw order for any reason, please notify us within 30 days of receipt. You can contact us by emailing service@will.co.zw or calling +263 4 620532. Please provide your will.co.zw order confirmation reference number, the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for return. Upon approval, WILL issues you a return authorization number and label(s) which must be attached to the shipment.

 

All products must be returned in the same condition they were received, new and unused. Merchandise must be unworn with tags still on. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred in returning products and we recommend that you insure all shipments. All returns must be received by WILL within 120 days of the original purchase to receive a refund.

 

Please allow a minimum of 15 days for WILL to receive and process your return. Upon receipt and passing of product inspection, a refund will be issued back to the payment method used for the original purchase (EcoCash, debit/credit card or PayPal). You can expect a refund within 30 days of receipt. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed. Please note, we do not refund shipping costs. Shipment of products to a location other than that on the WILL provided return label may result in denial of all customer claims pertaining to that return. Returns received without a valid return authorization number and WILL provided label(s) are subject to refusal and return to the customer. WILL retains the right to refuse to issue credit for customer refusal and unauthorized returns.

 

We are sorry but we do not offer exchanges at this time. You may return a product within 30 days of receiving your item; please refer to our Return Policy.

This is our Will Guarantee Of Performance.  It means that every Will product is doing something for you: it's improving your performance.  Our logo is our guarantee.

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your apparel you may return it within 25 days of purchase.  Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. If the original receipt is not available, Will can make an exchange or issue a Gift Card based on the most recent selling price on WILL.co.zw  If you want to make an exchange we will first refund the original method of payment before placing a new order for the apparel you have requested.

 

All requests are processed in the order in which they arrive.  Refunds can take up to 5-7 business days to be posted back to your original method of payment.  If you are being issued a gift card, you can expect to receive the gift card in 3-5 days.  You will receive an email notifying you once your refund or gift card has been issued.  If you requested an exchange you can expect to receive your new gear in 5-9 business days.
